FIGHTER NEWS & UPDATES
Bellator & MTV2 Bring Heavyweight Revenge To Bossier City March 16
From Bellator.com
"Louisiana's been an amazing home to Bellator. Our last two Louisiana events we're spectacular sell outs, so bringing Bellator to Bossier City was an easy decision to make," said Bellator Chairman & CEO Bjorn Rebney. "This Prindle-Santos fight has war written all over it and both of these guys have taken this huge fight very personally. March 16 should be a great night."
Q & A
Who or what inspires you?
My family and friends for sure.

What do you do in your spare time, when you’re not preparing for a fight?
I like to watch movies. I really enjoy the Marvel and superhero type movies. Also I am a big college football fan as well. Got to support my Buckeyes!

If you were describing yourself as a fighter, what would you say?
I’m an explosive finisher.

What does it mean to you to be fighting for Bellator Fighting Championships?
It’s an opportunity of a lifetime. I have always wanted to compete with the best in the world, and now I have the chance.

What are your thoughts on the Tournament Format?
I like it because you know what is ahead of you, and it keeps you active. Everything is in your own hands.

What would it mean to you to become a Bellator World Champion?
To become a Champion would mean the world. It would not only validate my career but also put the MMA world on notice that I am here.

In 3 years, where do you see yourself?
Hopefully a top 10 fighter. I want to be ranked as one of the top fighters in the world.

Which victory are you most proud of in your career?
My 2nd pro victory over Dan Bolden. He had more experience than I did, and I took the fight with him weighing a lot more than me, and still got the victory.

What is your message to aspiring fighters that dream of fighting on a big stage?
Be willing to do things others will not. Be willing to make sacrifice to get what you want.

What’s the one thing you are most proud of that you’ve accomplished so far in your life?
The relationships I’ve established with friends in my life.

How did you get into fighting and when/where was your very first pro fight?
I got done playing football in the winter of 2005, and decided MMA would make sense for me to continue staying active. It was another chance to compete at something at the highest level.

In a perfect scenario, what would be your favorite way to end a fight?
No question, a first round KO finish.
